At Hawx Work, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We aim to make the process as hard-working and straightforward as the apparel we design.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
